When I was 8 years old I told my folks that they should buy a house and not rent anymore.  I scoured the paper for open houses and we found a home the first day out for $27,000.  It even had a pool.  That decision changed the life of my parents.  Since that time, my passion for creating financial security through real estate remains as strong as ever. 

After 12 years in aerospace finance and contracts, I was able to begin my real estate practice founded on the notion of always doing what is in the interest of clients.  Over 30 years, hundreds of clients have benefitted from my guidance.  It is an honor to help them come up with the solution that best meets their unique needs.  I treasure the faith clients place in me. 

My approach to real estate is to first help clients clarify their goals by asking a lot of questions.  It's not just a question of how many bedrooms and baths.  Rather, it can be a very deep inquiry into quality of life and priorities.  I also pay attention to resale considerations as I want my clients to have the best options come time to sell.   Selling is not my goal.  Solving the puzzle and guiding clients to the best decision is my goal. 

I am so grateful to live in the Inland Northwest.  My two dogs and I spend many summer days camping at nearby lakes and parks.  Bike paths are superb 10 months of the year, and skiing local mountains is a joy.
